1 ) Once item is sold out , it may not be restocked again as supplier changes their designs almost every week and some items are not restocked. However if you do find a design you like but is sold out, do register your interest with me and I'll do my best to fulfil your requests :)
2) All items will be inspected before leaving our hands, with any special condition informed under the Item Description before sales. Therefore, there will be no exchange or refund upon purchase except for very special cases ( case by case basis).
3) Registered mail is recommended as we will not be responsible for lost mail.
4) Please allow 2-3 cm discrepancies for the measurements stated( clothes & accessories) due to different production batches or ways of measurements. Actual item color may vary from pictures due to lighting effect or monitor's resolution.
5) NO cancellation of order after confirmation and payment have been made.
6) No Payment = No Order .Please kindly proceed to make payment once your order has been confirmed else no order will be placed.
